Shein Order Marked Delivered But Not Received

I placed an order from Shein with the order number GSU16Q64F002CAW. In the tracking information, the package is shown as “delivered in mailbox” on March 2, but I have not received the item. I checked my mailbox and around my address, and there is no package or delivery notice. Since the item never reached me although it appears as delivered in the system, I request that my order be reshipped as soon as possible. I kindly ask you to review the delivery records and resolve this issue promptly.
