SHEIN Refund For No Delivery Of Purchase

I placed an order as a guest on Shein on 5/25/2026 for several clothing items with the order numbers GSU17U443000JTQ, GSU17U44300JT3 and GSU17U443000JT4. Despite this, I never received my purchase. Because of this, I requested a refund on June 6, 2026, but I still have not received either the products or my money back. I find the Shein website very confusing and I have not been able to reach anyone to clearly explain what is happening with my order or my refund. There has been no clear communication or solution offered to me so far. I request that Shein urgently process and send my full refund for these orders so that I can reorder my items if I wish.
