SHEIN Order Marked Delivered but Not Received – Refund or Reship

I placed an order on SHEIN that was split into two joint packages containing clothing, jewelry and decor items. In my SHEIN account, both joint packages are marked as delivered, with delivery dates showing as June 1, 2026 and June 10, 2026. However, I never received either of these packages at my address in Bronx, NY. Before these deliveries, I had even left a clear note on the front entrance door of my apartment building asking the delivery person to ring my bell upon delivery of all packages. Despite this, my packages were handled in a careless and neglectful way. They were left on the floor in the building lobby, unattended and exposed to all tenants and visitors entering and exiting the building, instead of being safely delivered to me. The delivery person did not call the phone number registered in my SHEIN account, did not ring my bell as requested, and did not make any effort to ensure that I personally received the packages or that they were left directly in front of my apartment door at the address on my SHEIN account. Because of this improper and neglectful delivery, my packages were effectively not delivered to me. I contacted SHEIN customer service about this issue, but I was told that I need to provide more proof that the packages were not delivered, which is not reasonable since the problem is precisely that there is nothing in my possession to show. I request that SHEIN either reship the full contents of both joint packages to the delivery address listed on my SHEIN account or provide a full refund for the undelivered order. I expect this issue to be investigated with the carrier, including their careless delivery practices at my building, and resolved as soon as possible.
