Garena Free Fire Permanent Ban Complaint for EST Psycho

I am writing regarding my Garena Free Fire account, which has been permanently banned even though the account had previously been stolen and then recovered by me. My game account is linked to Google, and my in-game name is “EST Psycho.” The ban notification states that my account was suspended due to “data loading disable” after some abnormal activity was detected. I saw the ban message around 27–28 October. Before this ban, my account had been hacked and taken over by someone else. I noticed the theft and recovered my account via the recovery e‑mail on the same day. After I regained access, I saw that the account had been permanently banned. I suspect that the abnormal activity and any possible top-ups or other actions that led to this ban were carried out while my account was in the hands of the person who stole it, not by me. Since then I have been sending reports every day through the available channels to explain that my account was stolen and then recovered, and that I did not use any cheats or illegal tools. I kindly request that you thoroughly review my account logs and security history, especially for the period when the account was stolen, and distinguish my own activity from the actions of the person who hijacked my account. I ask that the permanent ban on my Free Fire account be lifted and that my access to the game be restored, as I have not intentionally violated the rules and the suspicious activity occurred while the account was out of my control.
