I Could Not Contact Shein Support After My Package Went Missing

I placed an order for a dress from Shein to be delivered to Delhi. However, although the application shows that my order was delivered on 29 April, I have never received the package. In the tracking information, it even shows the dress as delivered to a different location, not to my address. When I tried to contact customer service by phone to report that the dress was not delivered to me and was marked delivered at another location, the number I called turned out to be not valid, so I could not reach anyone for support or clarification. I request that the full amount I paid for this dress be refunded as soon as possible, since the product marked as delivered has not actually been received by me, it appears delivered to a different location, and I have not been able to get any help through the contact number provided.
