Shein Marked My Order as Delivered to the Wrong Address

I placed my first order on Shein on 3rd of this month to be delivered to Bayelsa State, Yenegoa, 1* Okaka Road. The total value of the items in this order was 48,844.00, and there was no shipping fee charged. According to the tracking information in my account, the order was marked as “delivered” on the 18th, but I did not receive any package. In the delivery details shown in my Shein account, it is clear that the package was delivered to the wrong address, not to my address at 15 Okaka Road. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted Shein customer service through chat and email to explain that I never received my order and that the delivery details show a different address, even though it shows as delivered on the system. Instead of helping, I keep getting the same response that I have received the package, which is not true. I have been going back and forth with customer service every day, and the situation is very frustrating and tiring. Because the order never reached me and Shein has not provided any real solution, I am requesting a full refund of the 48,844.00 I paid. I expect Shein to take responsibility, investigate properly what happened with the delivery, correct the delivery information in their system, and return my money as soon as possible.
