Shein Item Never Received

I ordered a shirt from Shein to my address in Hummelstown, USA, under the order number GSU17B63C000L83, but it was delivered to the wrong address on June 20, 2026. When I contacted Shein customer service about this, I was told to follow up with FedEx. FedEx then informed me that the name and delivery address on the shipment were completely different from mine, which means the parcel was never correctly addressed to me. Despite this clear mistake, Shein has not offered any resolution and has refused both reshipment and a refund, leaving me without the product I paid for. I request that Shein either resend the shirt correctly to my address or provide a full refund for this order as soon as possible.
