SHEIN Parcel Not Received

I placed Shein order GSH15306200NQQB on 22/01/2026 to be delivered to Fiji, with the estimated delivery window between 30/01/2026 and 11/02/2026. However, on 04/02/2026 the tracking status was updated to “delivered”, even though I did not receive any package at my address. Since 04/02/2026 I have been trying to resolve this issue with Shein support, and an investigation was opened. Today is 05/03/2026, which means 32 days have passed without any clear result or positive outcome, and I am still without my order. Because the tracking wrongly shows “delivered” and I have not received the items, I request a full refund for order GSH15306200NQQB as soon as possible.
