I Paid for Robux Today but Didn’t Receive Them

Hello, earlier today I made a Robux purchase using my credit card. The transaction went through, and the payment is clearly shown in my bank history, but the Robux never appeared in my Roblox account. This has put me in a difficult situation—I’ve paid, but received nothing in return.
I immediately submitted a complaint to Roblox, but I haven’t received any meaningful response so far. I’m left in the dark, not knowing whether I’ll get my Robux or if my money is simply gone.
Roblox, I’m asking for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. You must either credit my account with the Robux I paid for or issue a full refund immediately. Transactions like this must be secure and reliable, especially when real money is involved. I expect better support and accountability. Please respond and fix this without any further delay.
