Pdfe.com kept my card after one payment; how can I remove my payment details?

If they don't respond or refuse, file a chargeback with your bank and say that the data was kept without your permission. Include your request to delete the data as proof.

In the meantime, clear out any saved card information that is in your browser's autofill settings. PDFe says it does not directly store card information.
