Hidden pdfe.com Charge Appears After One-Time $1 Payment

On January 1, 2026, at approximately 4:22 PM, a charge of $56 was made on my Ziraat Bank debit card by the website pdfe.com, without my knowledge or consent. I had previously made a one-time payment of $1 for a one-week service on this site and then canceled the membership. Despite this, even though I did not enter the site again or perform any further actions, the site charged my account without my authorization after I had already provided my card details.

The transaction appeared on my statement as a single charge with a transaction date of January 1, 2026 and a value date of January 2, 2026. As soon as I noticed the charge, I canceled my card. However, this unauthorized charge caused me financial harm.

I demand that pdfe.com cancel this transaction that occurred without my consent and refund the $56 charged to my account as soon as possible.
