I Face an Unauthorized pdfe.com Subscription Charge After a Free Trial
I signed up on the pdfe.com website for what I believed was only a trial membership, but immediately afterward, approximately $64 was charged from my card as a one-month membership fee without any clear approval from me. This transaction was processed on February 19 at 12:12 PM using my Ziraat Bank card, and I did not receive any email, invoice, SMS notification, or warning from either the website or the bank regarding the charge.
As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted both pdfe.com by email to request a refund and Ziraat Bank by phone. The bank told me that I needed to resolve the issue directly with the website and did not provide any actual solution or support. Pdfe.com, on the other hand, has still not responded in any way to the email I sent.
Because of this unauthorized and non-transparent withdrawal of money, I have suffered financial frustration and inconvenience. I canceled my membership and personally removed my card information from the website. I demand that pdfe.com urgently refund the approximately $64 withdrawn from my card and take the necessary precautions to ensure that other users do not experience similar unauthorized charges in the future.
