Pdfe.com Hidden Subscription Fee Complaint
I have learned through experience that the website Pdfe.com operates in bad faith. I made a $1 payment for a one-time PDF editing service. I believed this was a single-use fee specific to that transaction, and I was not given any notice or asked to approve any subscription or recurring payment.
About a week later, I discovered that $75 had been charged to my Garanti Bank card without my knowledge or authorization. The site appears to have processed this as a subscription fee, yet I never received any prior subscription notice, email, or SMS.
I am requesting a refund of the unauthorized $75, the complete cancellation of any subscription or recurring payments, and the permanent deletion of my card information from their system.
