I subscribed to the annual plan on pdfe.com using the free trial and then cancelled my subscription through your website before I was charged. After cancelling, I also sent you an email to confirm this, and I received a reply from you at my email address, “charu1***@gmail.com”, clearly stating that my subscription had been cancelled. Despite this written confirmation, the next morning, on 2/2/2026, an amount of Rs. 5,213.00 INR was deducted from my account via my debit card without my consent. This is an unauthorised charge, as I had already cancelled the subscription and received your confirmation of the cancellation. After noticing the deduction, I contacted you again by email, but I have not received any response so far. I am very disappointed that my card was charged even after cancellation and that my follow-up emails have been ignored. I request an immediate full refund of Rs. 5,213.00 INR that was wrongly charged after cancellation and the complete removal of my debit card details from your system so that no further unauthorised charges are made.
