I used the PDF service website pdfe.com and paid approximately $1 as a trial fee, but I never approved any monthly membership, subscription, or recurring payment beyond that. Despite this, I discovered about 30 minutes ago that approximately $64 had been charged from my card without my knowledge or consent.

The receipt number for the transaction is 000474010, and the charge was made using my Akbank card. Since there is no live support available on the website, communication is only possible through a contact form. However, even though I filled out the form and contacted them, nobody has responded to me in any way. Both the unauthorized withdrawal of such a high amount and the inability to find any responsible contact person have put me in a very difficult situation.

I only agreed to pay the approximately $1 trial fee, and I never approved this approximately $64 charge. I demand that the unauthorized amount withdrawn through pdfe.com be refunded to my card as soon as possible.
