Unauthorized Charge Of €49.95 From Pdfe.com Via Apple Pay

February 16 3:12 AM255

On February 15, 2026, I noticed an unauthorized charge of €49.95 from PDFE.COM on my ING bank card ending in 5120, processed via Apple Pay. I have never created an account with this service, nor have I knowingly subscribed to any plan or authorized any payment to PDFE.COM or PDFLEADER. This is a one-time unauthorized transaction that I detected immediately after it was debited from my account. There have been no similar charges in the past, and there is no valid contractual relationship or subscription that would justify this payment. I request that you immediately cancel any subscription or profile that may have been created using my payment details without my knowledge and refund the full amount of €49.95 to my ING card ending in 5120. If this issue is not resolved promptly with a full refund, I will initiate a chargeback process with my bank and report this transaction as unauthorized. I kindly ask you to confirm the cancellation of any subscription and the refund of this payment in writing as soon as possible. Kind regards, Zakaria Al Kubhe Bel***
