On February 15, 2026, at 8:16 PM, a charge of $75 was made to my card with the description “Pdfe.com 9646343 Sant Cugat d Es,” without my knowledge or authorization, and the money was withdrawn from my account. I did not approve any membership, purchase, or payment to this company, and I absolutely do not accept this transaction, which occurred without my consent.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted VakıfBank. I was told that the transaction was not related to them and that I would need to contact Pdfe.com directly for a refund. However, the fact that money was withdrawn from my card without my consent has created serious financial and security concerns for me.
Due to this unauthorized transaction, I request that the $75 withdrawn from my account be refunded to me as soon as possible and that my grievance be resolved promptly.
