Unauthorized pdfe.com Subscription Charge Appears on My Account
I used pdfe.com to convert several documents and paid the listed fee separately for each document. However, on January 10, 2026, I noticed an additional charge of $56 taken from my account without my knowledge or consent. I did not approve this transaction, did not request any subscription, and did not knowingly agree to any recurring payment. This charge appeared on my credit card statement as a POS transaction.
I request the immediate refund of the $56 that was charged without authorization and the cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment that may have been created in my name. Even though I emailed pdfe.com regarding this issue, I have not received any response so far.
I ask the responsible parties to investigate this transaction that occurred without my knowledge or consent, resolve my grievance as quickly as possible, and implement the necessary controls to prevent a similar situation from happening again.
