I purchased the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute on January 25, 2023. Just two years later, on January 20, 2025, the motor stopped working. I immediately contacted Dyson customer service to report the issue. They suggested the problem might be with the filter and advised me to wash it and monitor the device for 7-10 days. However, they did not offer a proper diagnostic check via camera or any further assistance.
After following their instructions, the issue persisted, so I called again to report the problem under warranty. This time, I was told my warranty had expired, and the only solution was to pay ₺5,600 for a repair service. To make matters worse, the initial 10-minute call I made on January 20 does not even appear in their system. I demand a thorough review of my case, including call logs, as my warranty claim was dismissed due to incorrect guidance from Dyson support.
This feels like intentional neglect or poor customer service, leaving me without a working device just after my warranty expired. I request Dyson to honor their responsibility and provide a free repair or replacement as this issue started within the warranty period.
