Dyson V12 Constantly Stops While Vacuuming Despite Regular Maintenance
I purchased a Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner about three years ago, but I have only been using it for a little over a year. Unfortunately, I am now facing multiple problems with the device. The suction power has dropped significantly, and during use the vacuum keeps stopping repeatedly—as many as 10 times in a single cleaning session—even though the battery is fully charged. On top of that, it has started operating with an unusually loud noise. The power button itself also seems faulty. Despite performing regular cleaning and maintenance as recommended, the issues continue. I reached out to Dyson customer support through online channels, but instead of standing behind their product, they kept dismissing my concerns and making excuses—blaming the filter, the tube, or other parts. I made it clear that I clean and maintain the device properly, yet they refuse to acknowledge the real problem. This is not related to filter maintenance, but Dyson shows no understanding and no accountability. I am extremely disappointed that such a well-known brand provides poor service and no real solutions, leaving me with a product that constantly malfunctions.
