Dyson Customer Service Promised Refund, Still No Payment to My Account

I purchased a replacement head from Dyson’s official website on August 27. However, after returning the product, I was told that the refund of ₺3,999 would be issued in three installments. It has now been a month and a half, and the refund has still not been credited to my account.

During this time, I contacted Dyson customer service, and they assured me that my refund would be processed, but no payment has been made so far. I don’t have my order or customer number available.

I’m requesting that my refund be issued to my account as soon as possible.
