Dyson Delayed Refund – Payment Still Not Received After Cancellation

I placed an order on Dyson’s official website on February 18, but the product was never shipped. Frustrated by the delay, I decided to cancel my order and request a refund. However, 15 days have passed, and I still have not received my money back.

Despite multiple calls to customer service, they repeatedly told me that the refund process takes 14 days. I waited patiently, but now it has been over 15 days, and there is still no refund. To make matters worse, I never even received the product, and I purchased it in installments—yet the second payment has already been charged.

This is completely unacceptable! Dyson, where is my refund?
