On September 29, 2025, I purchased a Fakir Innovator 6158 cordless vacuum cleaner from the Taşpınar Demetevler branch in Ankara. However, within just 8 months of use, both wheels of the vacuum broke, cracks formed in the dust container, and the handle became unstable and would not stay in place. In short, the product started falling apart piece by piece in a very short time.
I had also purchased additional protection/insurance for the product, so I first sent it for evaluation under that coverage. I was informed that the product could not be repaired and that instead they could only offer a refund amount lower than the original purchase price.
I am now planning to send the product under warranty, but I have been unable to reach Fakir customer service despite multiple attempts. I chose this product by trusting a well-known brand like Fakir, but the entire experience has been very disappointing.
I request that the product be repaired under warranty or replaced with a new, fully functional unit of the same specifications. I also expect my issue with being unable to reach customer service to be addressed and that I receive a clear, solution-oriented response as soon as possible.
