I bought a product from Dyson's website on December 13, 2023, and then returned it on December 19, 2023. Unfortunately, the refund has not been credited to my card yet. After making multiple attempts to reach out, I have only received a generic response stating that my complaint has been passed on to the appropriate department. Rest assured, your card will be refunded. At first, they referred to a 14-day timeframe, but it was later adjusted to 14 business days. It appears that they intend to provide a refund once my installment payments have been fully paid. I reached out to the Consumer Arbitration Board and my bank, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from the company. I'm making payments for a product I returned and no longer possess – this process is absolutely ridiculous. If you're thinking about purchasing from this company, I would suggest avoiding any thoughts of returns and instead opt for buying from second-hand websites. It appears that there has been a delay in processing your refund.
