I Face Samsung S21 Ultra Camera Blur Issue After Update

I have been experiencing a serious focus issue with the rear camera of my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra for about 6 months. All photos taken up to 3x zoom come out consistently blurry, while there is no issue at all when using 3x zoom or higher. This inconsistency is very noticeable and unusual.
This problem appeared on its own without any physical damage to the device, and I believe it likely started after a software update. During my research online, I found that many other users are experiencing the same issue.
Interestingly, when the camera is blurry, if I lightly shake the phone, it suddenly starts focusing properly again. This strongly suggests that the problem may not be purely hardware-related, but rather connected to software.
The issue occurs almost every time I try to take a photo, and I have not yet attempted any repair or technical intervention. My device is no longer under warranty and I no longer have the invoice. However, since this appears to be a widespread issue likely caused by software, I believe users should not be left dealing with this problem on their own.
I request that Samsung take this issue seriously and release a software update as soon as possible to permanently fix the camera focus problem for users like me.
