I Face Yapı Kredi Banking Issue With Sudden Account Closure

My bank account with Yapı Kredi Bank, which I opened as a student and have been actively using for a long time, was unilaterally closed without any request or consent from me. Despite having a long-term residence permit and established status in Turkey, I was not notified in any way—no SMS, email, or phone call—before my account was closed.
As of today, I am no longer a student; I have graduated, I am a business owner, and I continue to reside legally in Turkey. Despite this, my active account was closed, and I am not even allowed to reopen it through the mobile application, which has caused serious inconvenience.
When I visited the branch, I was simply told that I need to open a new account, but no explanation was provided regarding why my account was closed or on what legal basis this decision was made. My customer number is 2783752.
Closing an actively used account without my knowledge, without providing any reason, and without any official notification is not an acceptable practice. I urgently request that my account be reopened immediately and that I be provided with a clear, detailed, and written explanation of why and on what legal grounds my account was closed.
