I Returned My Dyson Airwrap but Haven’t Gotten My Refund or the Product Back

I purchased a Dyson Airwrap on February 25, 2025, and returned it just three days later. But weeks have passed, and I still haven’t received my refund. When I contacted Dyson, they claimed that the information I provided at the time of purchase didn’t match the product I returned—so they say they can’t process the refund. This makes absolutely no sense. I have all the correct details and documents on hand.

Now I’m stuck in a ridiculous situation where I have neither the product nor my money (₺). Dyson, where is my refund? This is unacceptable. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will be taking legal action. A company this well-known should not be treating its customers like this.
