Dyson V8 Purchase Getting On My Nerves!! Payment Process Delays and Poor Communication

I bought a Dyson V8 from the Dyson online store on December 8, 2023, for ₺8,999.00. My credit card was charged right away for a 9-month payment plan. However, Dyson did not give me an order number during this time, and there were problems with the online system. When I called Dyson, they told me that my order might come within 48 hours. When I called them again after a day, they told me that my order still wasn't in their system and told me to call my bank to cancel the transaction. Even though I called the bank right away, they told me that the transaction could not be canceled because of how it was processed. I called Dyson again on December 11 to let them know that the bank had released the money. Dyson tried to put me off by saying he would call me and give me updates. But until December 12, I didn't get any texts or emails. When I called Dyson again, I was angry, and they told me to wait while the process went on. When I called Dyson again on December 18, they told me again that the process was still going on and promised to call me back. This situation is now too inconvenient to handle. I would like my money back because I no longer want to receive the product.
