I have a brand new 2022 C3 Aircross petrol model with a warranty. On January 25, 2024, I dropped off my car at the Kayseri İnciroğlu service center after the engine malfunction light turned on. According to their statement, the pistons were carbonized and required repair. I got my car back on April 26, 2024. Just my luck, the engine malfunction light decided to make an appearance again right before I had to drive 500 km today. Given the circumstances, it seems appropriate to consider replacing the vehicle, particularly since the car's warranty is still valid. I had a positive opinion of the Aircross model due to its comfort and reliability, but unfortunately, the engine has not lived up to expectations. Despite receiving a replacement vehicle through the warranty, we have been without our own car for a frustratingly long 3 months. In May, I have a busy schedule with conferences to attend and work to complete. Must I address the problems with this vehicle? I have some doubts regarding the legal process. Let's explore what lies ahead. I will keep providing regular updates.

Despite the complaint being forwarded to the company, no response has been received. I also wrote about the issue on Twitter and Instagram. They deleted my comments on Instagram that mentioned the issue, but they can't delete them on Twitter, of course. These are the developments so far.

They called from the company's headquarters on April 30th. We talked, and they stated that they would follow up if the vehicle goes into service. I mentioned that I do not trust the service. I asked if a replacement vehicle would be provided immediately if I took my car to the service. They said it might or might not be possible due to service policies, etc. I am considering taking it to the service when I am available.

"The process is still ongoing and there has been no response, positive or negative. When you comment under posts on Citroen's social media accounts (#Instagram #Citroen #Turkey), they immediately delete it, and if you insist, they send an automatic message, but this message is never solution-oriented. There is no trace of the attention and care shown when purchasing the vehicle. They do not respond in any way."
