"For about 9 months, a total of 350 TL per month was unfairly charged from my Ziraat Bank Bankkart through the BetterMe app. However, I had canceled my subscription via the App Store 7 months ago, and there is no active subscription shown on the App Store. I have not used the app at all during this period. After noticing the situation, I tried to contact BetterMe customer service, but I couldn't find any contact number and tried to reach them via email. In response to my complaint, I was informed by email that a refund for 4 months would be issued, but only 350 TL was deposited into my account. The email address I used to create my account is: b**@gmail.com. I request a full refund of all deductions and the complete cancellation of my subscription. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved urgently."

"Hello BetterMe Team, I regret to state that I have not yet received any refund regarding my refund request that I previously communicated to you. This situation is causing me to experience victimization as a consumer. My request is clear: I want the full amount in question to be refunded to me. Being forced to pay for a service I did not use is against the law. If my refund request is not fulfilled as soon as possible, I want you to know that I will proceed with this process by initiating a chargeback through my bank and by applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
