I previously canceled my BetterMe subscription, yet for the past year I was still charged ₺350 every month. I received no email notices, invoices, or renewal reminders, and the app did not show an active membership for my account. Despite that, the billing continued in the background. I only discovered the problem after reviewing my statements and saw that a total of ₺4,200 had been taken without my consent.
This feels like continued billing after cancellation, and it caused avoidable financial loss and confusion. I did not authorize a new plan, and there was no clear prompt inside the app indicating that payments would continue.
My requests:
Full refund of ₺4,200 taken after my cancellation.
Immediate termination of any active or hidden subscriptions and all linked payment authorizations.
Written confirmation that my membership is fully canceled and future charges are blocked.
Please resolve this urgently and ensure your systems stop charging users after they cancel.
