On September 9, 2025, I canceled my BetterMe diet program membership, but despite the cancellation, an unauthorized charge of ₺699 was withdrawn from my bank card. It has now been two months, and no refund has been processed. I have the payment receipt available as proof.
I find it unacceptable that a cancellation confirmation was ignored and that charges continued without my permission. This unauthorized billing has caused financial and emotional frustration, especially since I had taken the necessary steps to cancel on time.
I have not yet contacted customer service, but I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
My requests:
Immediate investigation into the unauthorized charge made after cancellation.
Full refund of ₺699 deducted from my account.
Written confirmation that my membership is fully terminated and no further charges will occur.
I request urgent action to fix this issue and prevent similar problems for other customers.
