BetterMe Charging ₺350 Monthly Despite Cancelled App Store Subscription

Last year, I subscribed to the BetterMe mobile app through the App Store, but after a few months I canceled the subscription through the same platform. Currently, BetterMe does not appear in my active subscriptions list. However, since September 15, 2024, I have noticed that ₺350 has been charged every month to my VakıfBank credit card. I cannot view older charges in my card statements, but it is clear that fees are still being taken despite my cancellation.

I used the app on an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and my registered email is …@gmail.com. I have not contacted BetterMe customer service yet and am filing my complaint directly here. This continued billing after cancellation is unfair and unauthorized. I request a full refund of all charges taken since September 2024 and confirmation that my subscription is completely terminated. I expect my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.

The payment for 5 months was refunded to my card, but not all of it was refunded.
