Today, I paid ₺139 for a BetterMe subscription using my credit card through FastPay. However, in addition to this payment, an extra ₺169 was automatically withdrawn from my account without any explanation. On my bank statement, this second charge appears as “BetterMe Pilates AE Dubai.” I canceled my subscription through the app, but it remained active, and the extra amount was not refunded. My registered email address is e***@icloud.com. I request that the wrongly charged ₺169 be refunded to my account. I also tried to contact customer service, but I have not received any response. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.

I purchased a 3-month membership from the Betterme app in September and paid 169 TL. However, in October, an additional fee of 350 TL was charged to my card without my knowledge. Previously, a similar unauthorized charge was made to my card, and I received a refund after filing a complaint on your page. This time, my bank detected multiple foreign transactions and blocked my card.

I have canceled my membership. However, I am concerned about the security of my card information. I request that my bank information be completely deleted and that the cancellation of my membership be confirmed. I also kindly ask that necessary measures be taken to prevent such unauthorized charges from happening again. The email address I use for communication is: e****@icloud.com.

"For about 9 months, a total of 350 TL per month was unfairly charged from my Ziraat Bank Bankkart through the BetterMe app. However, I had canceled my subscription via the App Store 7 months ago, and there is no active subscription shown on the App Store. I have not used the app at all during this period. After noticing the situation, I tried to contact BetterMe customer service, but I couldn't find any contact number and tried to reach them via email. In response to my complaint, I was informed by email that a refund for 4 months would be issued, but only 350 TL was deposited into my account. The email address I used to create my account is: b**@gmail.com. I request a full refund of all deductions and the complete cancellation of my subscription. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved urgently."
