I Face Unauthorized ₺700 Auto Renewal Charge From BetterMe on My iPhone
On July 10, 2025, I purchased a three-month subscription to the BetterMe app on my iPhone for ₺350. I voluntarily started this subscription and only intended to pay for the three-month period. However, without any prior notice or warning, I noticed a ₺700 automatic renewal charge on October 2, 2025, while reviewing my card transactions.
This transaction occurred entirely without my knowledge or consent. As soon as I discovered the charge, I immediately canceled my subscription and contacted both Apple and BetterMe customer support. However, I have not received any response so far. I have not used the app or accessed any of its content during this time.
I request a full refund of the ₺700 that was unfairly charged to my account.
