I Face Unauthorized Monthly Charges After Cancellation on BetterMe App


I want to file a complaint regarding a serious billing issue with the BetterMe: Health Coaching app. Although I canceled my membership around April 15, I discovered that charges have still been taken from my İş Bankası Maximum credit card. Specifically, in July, August, and September, I was billed a total of ₺1,050 (₺350 per month). These payments are clearly visible in my credit card statements.
I was using the app on my Android device, and I originally subscribed through the BetterMe website. Despite canceling, the system continued charging me without my consent, and I received no notifications or billing reminders. I have not yet contacted BetterMe customer service, but this situation has caused unnecessary financial loss and frustration.
I request the following:
Immediate termination of my BetterMe membership and removal of all linked payment authorizations.
Refund of the full ₺1,050 that was deducted from my account after cancellation.
Written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my credit card.
This issue should be resolved urgently, as customers should not continue to be charged after they cancel their memberships.
