After the trial period on the BetterMe app, recurring payments started being taken from my card without my consent. For nearly 3 years, a total of 30 unauthorized charges amounting to ₺3,318.5 were deducted from my Finans credit card. I only managed to cancel the subscription on my own today. During this entire period, I was never notified or properly informed about these charges, leaving me unfairly charged without approval. My registered email address is 23seymak*@gmail.com**, and I had never contacted customer service before regarding this issue. I demand a full refund of all past payments that were taken without my authorization and expect this matter to be resolved immediately.
