Zara Home Order Not Shipped Despite Guaranteed Delivery Date
I placed an order for children’s products through the Zara Home app. At the time of purchase, it clearly stated that my items would be delivered on March 24. However, as of today, March 27, my order has not even been shipped.
When I contacted customer service regarding the delay, I was simply told that there was a delay and that I could cancel my order if I wished. Even though I requested urgent delivery, I was informed that the issue was ongoing and that cancellation was the only option they could offer. When I asked to be contacted by phone, I was told that they could not make a call.
I made this purchase specifically relying on the promised delivery date, and receiving such inadequate communication and lack of resolution from a brand like Zara Home has been very disappointing. As a result, I was forced to cancel my order. I request that Zara Home take this negative experience into consideration and implement the necessary measures to prevent similar situations from happening again.
