Zara Home Shipment Missing Despite “Out for Delivery” Status
My Zara Home order, shipped via “Bir Günde Kargo” with tracking number 5472******61, has been showing as “out for delivery” in the system for nearly a month. However, the paid item (a lamp) has neither been delivered to me nor have I received any information about its status.
During this time, I have been unable to reach either Bir Günde Kargo or Zara Home customer service. I cannot find any representative to speak with and have not been able to obtain any information regarding my issue.
I request that my product be delivered to me immediately. If delivery is not possible, I demand that the approximately $290 I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible.
