BetterMe Charged Me After I Canceled My Subscription


Even though I canceled my subscription directly through the BetterMe app, this month a charge of ₺699 was still withdrawn from my Akbank card (last four digits: 5310). Inside the app, the subscription clearly shows as canceled, and when I contacted customer service, they also confirmed that my membership was no longer active.
Despite this confirmation, the payment was still taken from my account. This kind of unauthorized billing after cancellation is unacceptable and has caused me financial and emotional frustration.
I request a full refund of the ₺699 that was charged without my consent, and I also expect written confirmation that no further charges will be made in the future. Customers should not have to worry about hidden or ongoing deductions after canceling a subscription.
