Zara Home Shipment Missing Despite Delivery Confirmation
On March 13, 2026, I placed an order through the Zara Home mobile app. My order was shipped via “Bir Günde Kargo,” and after showing as “out for delivery” for several days under tracking number 80109253563, it was marked as delivered in the system on March 16, 2026. However, I did not receive the product at all, and no package was delivered to me.
I have been trying to reach Bir Günde Kargo for some time, but despite calling multiple times, I have not been able to reach anyone. Although I was told that I would receive a callback, no one has contacted me. It is unacceptable for a product that was never delivered to be marked as delivered in the system.
My order number is 5472******65. I request that my product be actually delivered to me by tomorrow at the latest. Otherwise, I will proceed with filing formal complaints regarding this matter. I ask that this issue be urgently investigated and that my inconvenience be resolved.
