Zara Home Delivery Delay with Cargo X Raises Safety Concerns
My chandelier order from Zara Home, shipped via Inditex’s contracted carrier Cargo X, has not been delivered despite the stated delivery date. The package was supposed to be delivered on March 14, but as of March 18, it still has not reached me and has not even been put out for delivery.
It is impossible to reach the Cargo X Kadıköy branch by phone; the listed number appears to be a mobile number and is switched off. I have also received no response through their WhatsApp support line. When I contacted Zara Home customer service, they said they had informed the shipping company, but this has not contributed to resolving the issue, and my package remains undelivered.
Additionally, prior to this, I had a troubling delivery experience with an Oysho order (also under Inditex). That order was delivered late in the evening by a courier wearing a Domino’s jacket and helmet. This was highly unprofessional, and having an unknown person arrive at night dressed in another brand’s uniform made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable.
Due to both the unsafe delivery experience with my Oysho order and the ongoing failure to deliver my Zara Home chandelier order, I request that Inditex reconsider and terminate its partnership with Cargo X. I also request that my current Zara Home order be returned to Zara Home by Cargo X and that the full payment be refunded to my card.
