On March 11, 2025, I purchased a large pendant chandelier from Zara Home’s online store. The chandelier features a curved leaf design, but approximately one year after installation, it began to bend and lose its shape on its own, without any external impact. The product was not exposed to water, moisture, or any cleaning intervention—it was simply mounted on the ceiling and used under normal conditions.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted Zara Home customer service. I was told that since the return period had expired and I had initially received the product without any issues, no action could be taken. However, I believe that deformation occurring long after installation, without any external cause, indicates a product quality or material defect rather than user error.
My order number is 5359*****43. I understand that I may no longer be eligible for a return, but I kindly request a solution such as repair, replacement, or another form of resolution for the bending and deformation issue. I ask that the condition of the product be reassessed and that my inconvenience be addressed.
