BetterMe Wrongly Charged Me ₺4,680 Over 20 Months After 1-Month Trial Subscription

In December 2023, I purchased a 1-month paid trial subscription from the BetterMe app. After using it only a few times in the first month, I deleted the app from my phone and never used the subscription again. However, despite deleting the app, QNB Finansbank has continued to charge my credit card ₺234 every month. I discovered this by chance on 23/09/2025 and realized that for about 20 months, a total of ₺4,680 has been unfairly withdrawn from my card. I canceled my subscription as of yesterday. So far, I have not been able to reach BetterMe customer service; I could not find any contact number, and I never received any notification by email, SMS, or app alert regarding these payments. I will be filing a dispute with my bank today regarding the charges. I absolutely do not accept being charged regularly without my knowledge or warning for a service I only used briefly in the first month. I demand a full refund of the unjustly withdrawn ₺4,680.
