BetterMe Unauthorized Charges - Withdrawals Made After Cancellation
Last year, I downloaded the BetterMe app from the Play Store and purchased only a one-month subscription. I created my account in 2024 using the email address “s***@gmail.com.” However, without my knowledge or consent, I noticed that even after my subscription had ended, a total of five unauthorized charges of ₺699 each were made to my credit card on different dates (February 2025, February 27, 2025, April 21, 2025, July 17, 2025, and most recently, October 6, 2025). I was never notified about these payments and only recently discovered them. Today, I reinstalled the app and canceled my subscription both through the app and via email. I also reported the issue to TEB Bank. However, it was impossible to reach BetterMe’s customer service; I was only able to cancel my subscription. I had purchased only a one-month membership, and I do not accept any further withdrawals made without my approval. I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized charges.

I don't even know what to say. You put me in debt without me realizing it. Then, when I noticed and filed a complaint, you made the payment. What am I supposed to say, thank you? Well then, thank you.
