BetterMe Charged Over a Year Without My Subscription or Consent

Even though I never subscribed to the BetterMe app, from September 2024 to September 2025, a total of ₺1,387 (₺115.64 each month) has been charged to my credit card under the name “BetterMe Limi.” My credit card belongs to Ziraat Bank, and the last four digits are 3644. I never started any membership or subscription, and I have not yet contacted BetterMe customer service. Despite not initiating any subscription or payments, these unfair charges have been made. I demand that these charges be stopped immediately, that my subscription be canceled, and that all payments made up until now be refunded to me.
