For about 9 months, a total of 350 TL per month was unfairly charged from my Ziraat Bank Bankkart through the BetterMe app. However, I had canceled my subscription via the App Store 7 months ago, and there is no active subscription shown on the App Store. I have not used the app at all during this period.
After noticing the situation, I tried to contact BetterMe customer service, but I couldn't find any contact number and tried to reach them via email. In response to my complaint, I was informed by email that a refund for 4 months would be issued, but only 350 TL was deposited into my account. The email address I used to create my account is: b**@gmail.com.
I request a full refund of all deductions and the complete cancellation of my subscription. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved urgently.
