BetterMe Keeps Charging Monthly Even After I Canceled My Subscription on App Store

About a year ago, I canceled my BetterMe subscription through the App Store, yet the app has continued to charge me ₺350 every single month. Due to my busy schedule, I only recently realized this issue, which means I have been wrongly charged for an entire year.

When I check my App Store account, there is no active subscription listed, but the monthly deductions from my bank card are still ongoing. This clearly shows a billing error or an unfair practice on BetterMe’s side.

I originally created my BetterMe account with the email address [email protected]. Unfortunately, I have not been able to contact BetterMe customer support—emails don’t go through and I haven’t received any assistance.

I demand a full refund of all unauthorized charges made over the past year, and I want my subscription to be completely terminated so that no further payments are taken. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently, as it has caused me significant financial loss.

For about 9 months, a total of 350 TL per month was unfairly charged from my Ziraat Bank Bankkart through the BetterMe app. However, I had canceled my subscription via the App Store 7 months ago, and there is no active subscription shown on the App Store. I have not used the app at all during this period.

After noticing the situation, I tried to contact BetterMe customer service, but I couldn't find any contact number and tried to reach them via email. In response to my complaint, I was informed by email that a refund for 4 months would be issued, but only 350 TL was deposited into my account. The email address I used to create my account is: b**@gmail.com.

I request a full refund of all deductions and the complete cancellation of my subscription. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved urgently.
