I Want a Full Refund for a BetterMe Subscription I Never Used
On September 28, 2025, I purchased a 180-day subscription through the BetterMe app. Although it was advertised as a discounted package, my account was charged nearly ₺1,000 in three separate transactions. I immediately canceled the subscription after noticing the issue, but I later found out that no refund had been processed.
The last four digits of my credit card are 7829. It has only been four days since the payment, and I want to exercise my legal right of withdrawal. When I contacted BetterMe customer support, they told me that cancellations were only possible under certain conditions. However, I have not used the app at all and have no intention of continuing the subscription.
I request a full refund of the total amount charged for a subscription I never used and do not wish to continue.
