BetterMe Charged Me Monthly for Over a Year Despite Cancelling
I purchased a monthly subscription on the BetterMe app approximately two years ago. Starting in August 2023, BetterMe began charging my Garanti Bank credit card every month. Even though I canceled my subscription and deleted the app, these charges continued for over a year.
I attempted to cancel the subscription multiple times through the application, but the cancellation never took effect. When I contacted BetterMe customer support, I was told that my subscription had already been canceled—however, the monthly withdrawals continued regardless.
I have all payment receipts available and can provide them upon request.
I am requesting the following:
Immediate and permanent cancellation of any active or hidden BetterMe subscription,
A guarantee that no further charges will be made to my card,
A refund of all unauthorized monthly payments, or at minimum, a partial refund for the months paid after cancellation.
I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
