I deposited ₹10,000 to my bdg Game wallet Via UPI on 26/04/26. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, but the amount has still not been credited to my bdg Game wallet.
The UPI transaction was made to the receiver UPI ıd boim-067221211401@boi, with utr number 611620907702. In my bank statement the transaction shows as successful, yet my bdg Game wallet balance has not increased and ı have not received the Deposite in the game.
I request that my missing ₹10,000 be immediately credited to my bdg Game wallet or, if this is not possible, that the amount be refunded back to my bank account without any further delay.
